#AllintheFamily: John Terry's father called an INDIAN a "F*&$£*G PAKI" before headbutting him after cigarette row

The father of Chelsea Football Club captain John Terry called an Indian man a "F*****g Paki" during a racist rampage in East London, a court has heard.

The Old Bailey was told on Monday that Ted Terry, 59, had been drinking with friends at a pub in the City before getting into an argument with Amarjit Talafair over a cigarette on 22 March last year.

Mr Talafair had been outside the pub when Mr Terry and his friends, Tudor Musteata and Stephen Niland, approached him asking for a cigarette.

When Mr Talafair said he didn't have any Mr Terry is said to have flown into a rage, swearing and racially abusing Mr Talafair before headbutting him just below the nose.

Mr Talafair alleges that Mr Terry and his friends had acted "aggressively" towards him prior to the attack with Terry saying: "Come on you F*****g Paki, let's have it out here".

The accused is then said to have gone to a nearby Tube station where his drunken rampage continued as he threatened a black cleaner with a bottle

When interviewed by police on March 28, Mr Terry admitted that he started a confrontation and had been 'acting the goat'.

Following his arrest he admitted having a confrontation with someone he referred to as 'half caste', the court heard.

He denies racially aggravated assault.

In 2012 Mr Terry's son John, the former England Captain and stalwart of Chelsea FC, was fined more than £220,000 and banned for four games after calling Queens Park Rangers player Anton Ferdinand a "F*****g black c**t".
