#Anecdotes: Gopichand Hinduja on Milk Runs, Seven Day Weeks and Building Bridges

He is one-half of Britain's richest pair of Indian siblings but their wealth hasn't come easy.

Billionaire Gopichand Hinduja, co-chairman of the Hinduja Group, has had to overcome battles with everyone from troublesome Iranian Ayatollah's to government investigators.

But even those haven't been the least of his troubles as he told an audience of Asian business owners in London recently.

Mr Hinduja, 74, was the keynote speaker at the Asian Business Association annual dinner earlier this month and his easy-going manner was a hit with the audience.

In an anecdote-laden speech, Mr Hinduja described his family's phenomenal success, particularly since moving to Britain from Iran following the Islamic Revolution in 1979.

And he had a particularly pertinent message for today's immigrant business community.
